Refund policy

• We DO NOT process refunds

• You can return or exchange your product within 7 working days of receiving it

• Incase you want to return or exchange your product follow the steps below:

-Email us the issue you are facing with your product on www.theindianartisanofficial@gmail.com

-Once we received a return request, we will notify you with our official address where the product can be sent via courier

Please Note : we do not provide return pick-ups. The product must be sent to us by the customer in case of an exchange/return

-Once we receive the product in the same condition as its dispatch we will process your credit note/ coupon or your exchange
